By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Project Terms & Payments

A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to commence work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final deployment or handover of credentials.

2. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website code and design. Ad Web Comic Agency retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all text, images, and other content necessary for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline.

4. Support & Maintenance

We provide free technical support for the period specified in your plan (ranging from 3 to 12 months). This covers bug fixes and minor text updates. Major structural changes or new feature additions are billed separately.

5. Liability

Ad Web Comic Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise.

We strive to deliver the highest quality digital solutions. However, due to the nature of custom service-based work, our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project within 24 hours of payment and before the design/development process has officially started, you are eligible for a 90% refund of the advance paid (10% deduction for processing fees).

2. Cancellation During Development

Once the design or development phase has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. This covers the time, resources, and opportunity cost allocated to your project.

3. Agency Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Ad Web Comic Agency cancels the project without cause, a full 100% refund of all monies paid will be issued to the client within 7 business days.

4. Project Rejection

We offer multiple revision rounds during the design phase to ensure satisfaction. Rejection of the final product does not warrant a refund if the work aligns with the approved scope and design wireframes.
